We issue a refund on items only in case you receive it damaged or broken, or if you received wrong item (i.e. wrong size, font, or color used, design).  Since the item is custom made, we do nut accept returns. However, we can produce and ship another item for free if there is a mistake with the order on our behalf. 

 

A refund is issued within 1-3 business days to your bank account. For doing so, please send us proof that the item is wrong or damaged.

Each word is covered three times by painting, so it's highly important to use non-toxic painting. Especially considering the fact that the sign will be in the nursery room.

We use 1/2" birch plywood for our wooden signs.

MOUNTING:
We attach double-sided strong sticky tape on the back of the sign, so it's easy for you to hang it. The tape is included.

There are three delivery options available:

2. Expedited Shipping (7-15 days). This option is applied automatically when buying 3+ items and is available for the US only

All items are made and shipped from Ukraine.

We send a MOCKUP of the design for your item only upon request or if you ask this in Order Notes. Otherwise, the item will be customized by the options you choose in your order.
