Refund policy

To ensure our customers' confidentiality, we provide a 100% refund policy*.
The Buyer can return the order within 14 days after its receiving and, on our part, we refund money for it.
To qualify for a hassle-free return, the Buyer must pay with PayPal and have the item shipped the same order it was delivered. The item must be returned the same condition it was received.
It is recommended to use a shipping service that offers tracking and/or insurance of the package.
A refund can be given to orders that do not arrive during 30-31 days (a month) since it was made.
The Buyer is responsible for paying all shipping and tax charges.
We refund money to the Customer within 5 business days after receiving the returned item.
In a case when we processed an order incorrectly or the Buyer received defective merchandise, we gladly replace or take back the item for a full refund at our expense.
We do not refund on orders where you put the incorrect address
If you do not receive the parcel somehow and it returns back as unclaimed or whatsoever, we will issue a refund ONLY WHEN RECEIVE THE PARCEL BACK.
We do not issue refunds on orders that have a status “successfully delivered” and the shipping address is correct.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at help@crawoo.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

*we do not refund money for the goods that were returned to us through the fault of the buyer (the full address is not indicated, the package is not claimed)


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom made items or items for personal use purpose.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
