🚫 Important Policy Information

- No personalization changes can be made after production has started.
- Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
- We are not liable for customs delays.
- Custom and personalized items are non-refundable.
- We do not issue refunds for returned items marked as Unclaimed.
- If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, the buyer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

We issue a refund on items only in case you receive it damaged or broken, or if you received the wrong item (i.e. wrong size, font, color used, design).  Since the item is custom-made, we do not accept returns. However, we can produce and ship another item for free if there is a mistake with the order on our part.

A refund is issued within 1-3 business days to your bank account. To do so, please send us proof that the item is wrong or damaged.
