🤝 Return Info

We issue a refund on items only in case you receive it damaged or broken, or if you received wrong item (i.e. wrong size, font, or color used, design).  Since the item is custom made, we do nut accept returns. However, we can produce and ship another item for free if there is a mistake with the order on our behalf. 

A refund is issued within 1-3 business days to your bank account. For doing so, please send us proof that the item is wrong or damaged.
